Shellac manicure is a long-lasting nail treatment that combines gel and regular polish. It involves:

Preparation: Cleaning, shaping, and buffing nails, and trimming cuticles.
Application: Applying a base coat, two color coats, and a top coat, each cured under a UV or LED lamp.
Finishing: Wiping nails to reveal a glossy, chip-resistant finish that lasts up to two weeks.
Removal requires soaking nails in acetone.

Felt I was rushed to choose colours for my nails and when I tried to explain to the nail technician, she consistently justified why she thinks she was not rushing me due to a sore throat. No attempt was made to understand why I felt rushed. Customer service was very poor. It's not a place I will attend to get my nails done. The male
technician is nice and engages well with customers .

The new management is great. Great customer service. I go there now to get my nails done.

I ALWAYS have THE BEST experience at TIP TO TOES! Top customer service from start to finish from Vivian, Nam and Van. They take so much care and pride in their work as well as giving great advice and they always put the customers desires and needs first. The results are excellent and last so well. Such a lovely environment too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
